Pilates is a physical fitness system, as developed by Joseph Pilates teaching a discipline of breathing, exercise, and postural awareness.

Inhale, exhale, stretch, stabilise and strengthen your core muscles and torso, learn to balance your body, help your spine into alignment, increase flexibility, alleviate and prevent back pain.

With Pilates, bring your mind and body into balance to enable you to enjoy more fully what life brings and improve your quality of life. It has really worked for me and I want to share the techniques with you.
